Accessibility
Built to be usable by everyone
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the product, not a retrofit.
- Every form control has a visible label and a plain-language explanation of why the information is requested.
- The whole review can be completed with a keyboard, and a skip link is available at the top of every page.
- Text uses generous sizing and contrast, and layouts reflow for small screens without loss of content.
- There are no countdown timers, forced urgency, autoplaying media, or flashing content anywhere in the experience.
- Progress is saved automatically, so nobody is penalised for taking longer or coming back later.
- Errors are described in words rather than colour alone, and status changes are announced to assistive technology.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this experience is difficult to use, tell the operating agency using the contact details in the footer once configured. Reports are treated as defects and prioritised accordingly.
